The artefact

This short and close-fitting bodice in antique black silk fabric typical of the traditional costume for women is hand-tailored and richly embroidered in silk, gold and silver. It is part of the distinctive sartorial production by Rita Cossu who reproduces a wide range of traditional Sardinian garments with competence and stylistic fidelity.
