The artefact
This deep seated sofa which revisits the forms of the traditional Sardinian canepé, is a comfortable piece of furniture for the sitting room of fine aesthetic taste. Handcrafted in bent wood, with a mattress and cushions upholstered in a ramu woven fabrics, woven on a handloom and taken from the local tradition, this sofa is designed by the architect Roberto Virdis and is part of the Dmogoro project, a successful encounter between handicraft and design skills.
