Gallinelle e Puzzoneddu
The artefact
The moorhens and little birds, puzzoneddu, with detailed and refined decorations are inspired by the ceremonial bread of the traditional Sardinian culture. Made entirely by hand in the delicate variants with egg (su puzzoneddu e’ovu) or with flowery plumage, they are available in different sizes as unique pieces.
