The artefact

The special carpet featuring the island landscape is inspired by beautiful graphic solutions, such as the prickly pear, one of the amazing symbols characterizing the Island landscape; the original design is made of silk. Interesting variations in the weaving relief techniques are juxtaposed to provide valuable material to the subject's perceptions. It is part of the Cactus collection, based on a creative project by designer Paulina Herrera, exploring the topic of "borders" with artistic and aesthetic sensitivity.
