Hourglass carpet

The artefact

Elegant and contemporary, the decorative composition of this large carpet with geometric motifs is embellished by the melange effect obtained by mixing in the weaving black and white Sardinian wool yarns. Made using a handloom with a technical variant of the traditional weaving of saddlebags, betua, it is designed as a decorative element of high decorative value that can be customised in size, colour and decoration.
